Terms and Conditions


  • Red Wing Taxi drivers are prohibited from soliciting gratuities.
  • Additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable (e.g. tolls, parking, airport and regulatory fees, fuel surcharge, out of area fees etc.)
  • All published rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes will be charged as required.

Waiting Time

  • Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved vehicle. After a five (5) minute grace period on all, there is a $39/hr charge for waiting and $85/hr if you are renting on a flat rate. Additional waiting time is and/or defined as any time the wheels are not turning and the vehicle is stopped or waiting, (e.g. ,stop lights, traffic back ups or pit stops requested by the customer etc.).

Cancellation and no-show fees

  • Cancellations made 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded 75%. Any cancellations made later than that will NOT be refunded. You MUST Cancel the reservation by calling our customer service line 651-385-8294 at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time. A no-show fee is defined as, if you call us to a location and you are not there when we arrive and you did not cancel, you will be charged a fee of $5.50 in town ( Red Wing ) and if out of town, add $2.00 per mile and additionally the full estimated cost of the run.

Booking a Group or Special Event

  • We will reserve your date once a deposit of $225.00 has been received, and you have filled out and signed a reservation agreement.

Cancellation Policies of Group or Special Events

  • Cancellation of group and special event cancellations made 30 days or more prior to date of reservation, will be refunded 75%
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded.


  • Red Wing Taxi shall not be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
  • Red Wing Taxi assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
  • Red Wing Taxi does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in Red Wing Taxi vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Red Wing Taxi must charge any customer who vomits in any of our vehicles a fee of $250.00 for clean-up and disinfectant.
